Delivery

Local Mail
Your item(s) will reach you in 3-4 working days once payment has been verified. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

You may either opt for Normal or Registered Postage.

Normal Mail is Free. However, you are not able to track your parcel. Kopi Khaki will not be liable for missing parcels through Normal Mail therefore it is highly advisable our customers to opt for Registered Postage.

Registered Mail is an additional $2.50. You will be given a tracking number to track your parcel if your parcel doesn't reach you on time. Alternatively, you can contact us at kopikhaki@gmail.com for your parcel details. If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door step for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office.

Overseas Mail
You will be charged a flat fee of $25 for overseas postage. We will contact you if your postage costs more than $25(we will scan the receipt for you). A registered article number will be provided for you to track your parcel.

Returns & Exchange Policy
If you have received an item with a defect or a wrong item, please email us immediately ohsofickle@gmail.com. We will do an exchange if the item of your choice is sold out, otherwise, we would do a full refund back to you. Defected goods must be returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase

By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Terms & Conditions stated. We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
